HOLISTIC MASSAGE
A combination of Swedish, Deep tissue, breath meditation and energetic
body work

MANUAL LYMPHATIC TECHNIQUE
A technique in which the practitioner gently works with the flow of the lymph
fluid to assist the body to clear any areas where this fluid may be congested
or stagnant
1 Hour Session ~ $65
CHI NEI TSANG
A Taoist abdominal massage technique in which the practitioner utilizes the
five element system along with specific massage techniques to balance
and detoxify the client. After the treatment the client will often find that they
feel rejuvinated, relaxed and refreshed.
1 Hour Session ~ $65
LYPOSSAGE (Zone 1 and 2)
A body contouring and detoxification technique which assists the client in
tonation of skin and muscle tissue. This technique may also help reduce
cellulite appearance. It is recommended that you consult the practitioner
to see if this treatment is appropriate for you. For more information please see

$75 per zone/per session or $150 per hour session
*Note: it is recommended that you complete the 6 week series of treatments
for best results. Each zone is allotted about 30 minutes.

An Asian technique which works with the Five Element System within the
body to balance the client on many different levels. The practitoner works
with the 12 meridian channels of the body through acupressure, palming,
tapotment and stretching to clear these channels assisting the client 's
system to return to a healthier natural state.
1 hour session ~ $65
REIKI
An ancient system of hands on healing which is very relaxing for the client.
This treatment focuses on areas of concern for the client and works with the
body to bring it back to a state of positive health.
1 hour session ~ $50

About the Practitioner
Heather O'Neill has been trained in an in depth
healing arts course for two years with a basis in Reiki
with Sama Kamui Bodhisattva. She has currently
graduated massage school and attained her
national certification in massage therapy and
bodywork through the NCBTMB. Heather has a deep
interest in Chinese Medicine utilizing its principles in
each client's session. As a therapist she continues to
expand her education each month through personal
study as well as new classes. Check the services tab
to see what she has added to her menu.
Heather currently practices out of Shawnee on the
Delaware but also will make house calls to areas
surrounding the beautiful Pocono Mountains.
